Pam has worked in the field of nonprofit finance for over 40 years. Pam joined SafePath Children’s Advocacy Center in 2006 at a critical time in the agency’s history, the beginning of a capital campaign, which ended successfully with SafePath’s move to a new expanded facility and the establishment of an endowment. At SafePath, her role as CFO involves grant acquisition and management, compliance with federal and state reporting requirements, oversight of the audit and day to day financial management reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors.
Prior to SafePath, Pam worked as a certified public accountant for Deloitte, a regional CPA firm and in private practice. Through her public accounting experience, Pam discovered her love for nonprofits serving government, universities, national and local nonprofits. Her passion has been serving nonprofits in establishing and maintaining best practices, which she continues at SafePath today.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her three children and hiking and camping in the great outdoors. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University and an AA from Oxford College of Emory University.
