Shannon, APC a therapist at Safepath Children’s Advocacy Center. She recently graduated from Mercer University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December of 2023. Shannon interned with Safepath Children’s Advocacy Center throughout 2023 as an intern therapist, transitioning to full- time in February of 2024. Through this experience, she was trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which she continues to use today. As a therapist, Shannon provides individual therapy to children who have experienced trauma, while supporting and educating their families.
